Penelope Swales (guitar), Carl Pannuzzo (drums), Mal Webb (bass, mbira and bugle) and Andrew Clermont (violin, mandolin and guitar) sing songs written by themselves and a few dear friends. All the instruments are hand-made from gourds by Penelope under the guidance of home-grown, world renowned luthier, Jack Spira.. Outrageous eclectic beauty. Imagine Joni Mitchell and James Brown getting down in Bob Marley's pumpkin patch in gourdy costumes. Between them, they've played with the Oxo Cubans, the Acapelicans, Dya Singh, Sock, Batacuda, Checkerboard Lounge, The Lawnmowers, 5 Angry Men, Heavy Earth and Lano and Woodley.

Andrew Clermont: Vocal mic, 1 DI (for violin/mandolin).
Carl Pannuzzo: Vocal mic, drum mic (2 drum mics if available).
Penelope Swales: Vocal mic, 2 DIs (for stomp gourd and guitar)
Mal Webb: Vocal mic, 1 DI (for bass/mbira).

We all sit down on stage, so we need 4 chairs.
